NestAI charges a flat monthly fee. No per-message costs, no API charges, no usage limits. Pay once, use as much as you want.

All plans include: dedicated private Hetzner server, all AI models, SSL certificate, knowledge base, team management, and email support. Server is provisioned immediately after payment.

Dedicated Resources add-on

You can add dedicated server resources to any plan during onboarding or later from the billing page. This replaces the shared CPU server with a dedicated AMD EPYC™ server where all vCPUs, RAM, and storage are exclusively yours. Required for 70B models, optional for smaller models.

Important: All NestAI servers run on CPU (no GPU). This means 7B models run at ~10-15 tokens/sec, which is great for chat and document work. 70B models run at ~2-3 tokens/sec — usable for document analysis and batch tasks, but not ideal for real-time conversation. Speed is for single-user — concurrent requests share CPU and will be slower.

Payment methods

Payments are processed securely by PayU. Accepted methods:

Renewals

Subscriptions renew monthly on the same date as your initial payment. You'll receive an email reminder 3 days before renewal. If payment fails, your server stays running for 3 days while we retry. After that the server is suspended but not deleted — your data is preserved.

Ensure your UPI or card details are up to date to avoid service interruption.

Cancelling

Go to Dashboard → Billing and click Cancel Subscription. Your server stays active until the end of your current billing period. After that it will be suspended and eventually deleted.

What your payment covers

Your subscription covers the Hetzner cloud server cost, automated provisioning, SSL certificates, software updates, model management, and email support. Standard plans run on cx43 servers (8 vCPU, 16GB RAM, 160GB SSD). Dedicated resource tiers run on exclusive CCX servers: Starter (ccx33 — 8 vCPU, 32GB RAM), Pro (ccx43 — 16 vCPU, 64GB RAM), Power (ccx53 — 32 vCPU, 128GB RAM), or Enterprise (ccx63 — 48 vCPU, 192GB RAM).

Refunds

We offer a 24-hour refund window from the time of first payment if you haven't been able to get your server working. Email nestaisupport@chirai.dev with your transaction ID. Renewals are not refundable.
